GoMapMan is an open web-accessible resource for gene functional annotations in the plant sciences. It was developed to facilitate the improvement, consolidation and visualization of gene annotations across several plant species. GoMapMan ontology is based on MapMan ontology. GoMapMan metabolite ontology (GMM_m) is the hierarchical organisation of plant metabolites where each leaf can typically contain a single metabolite.
